Lady’s Island Middle School provides a high-quality academic program that offers the flexibility to accommodate the different skill sets, learning abilities, and interests of each student. Through a personalized approach, students are able to find their passions while becoming successful learners.

Committed to our mission, we promote lifelong learning and individual creativity through our academic offerings. In addition to Project Lead the Way and Arts-Integration, we also offer a Pre-Med Academy. Through this program, students have the opportunity to earn CPR and first aid certifications.

The experiences and opportunities offered at LIMS are designed to promote the personal growth and development of each student. Students gain the knowledge and skills needed to meet current and future global challenges.

    • LIMS is an Arts in Basic Curriculum (ABC) Certified School, meaning the school maintains an arts-rich learning environment.
  • First in the Nation
    • LIMS was the first middle school in the nation to become STEM Certified by Cognia.
  • ABC Certified School
    • LIMS is an Arts in Basic Curriculum (ABC) Certified School, meaning the school maintains an arts-rich learning environment.
  • Merge EDU Innovation Grant
    • One of only two schools in the country to receive this grant in 2021. Merge EDU helps enhance STEM and Science programs.
  • Dedicated to Service
    • Students and staff at LIMS give back to the local community throughout the year by partnering with charitable organizations.
